Meet Lisa

Lisa is a Health Strategist, Human Performance Optimiser, Somatic Practitioner, Breath Coach, Meditation Initiator, Master Yoga Teacher, Craniosacral Therapist, Vedic Astrologer, Sound Therapist, Hypnotherapist, and a whole lot more from Limerick, Ireland.

After finishing her law degree at Trinity College Dublin, and training extensively in a wide range of holistic therapies, Lisa spent nearly 10 years travelling the world.

She backpacked, hitchhiked, stayed in ashrams, caves, boats, yurts, all sorts of communities and the homes of hundreds of amazing locals along the way.

Finally, Lisa settled at an ashram in the Himalayas, the birthplace of yoga, where she lived for three and a half years,

learning, growing, teaching, practising the technology, and absorbing the deep yogic wisdom.

All that she learned in India just enhanced what she already knew, and she would love to share that with you.

Supporting Individuals

Lisa works with individuals who are looking to improve physical and mental wellbeing, regulate the nervous system, and expand their capacity to function in daily life.

Her one-to-one sessions integrate somatic therapy, breathwork, meditation, nervous system regulation, and subtle body awareness. Sessions are practical and embodied, supporting people to move through stress and process emotions and long-held patterns in a way that can be felt and integrated.

People come to Lisa with a wide spectrum of concerns, from physical stress, tension, sleep and breathing issues, fatigue, and pain, to emotional overload, burnout, and periods of transition or overwhelm.

This work supports greater vitality, clarity, resilience, steadiness, creativity and presence in daily life.

Corporate Wellness & Leadership

Lisa understands the pressures of modern work environments: constant demand, high expectations, and ongoing stress.

Through workshops, keynote talks, and tailored programmes, she supports organisations to:

  • Improve focus, energy, and resilience

  • Reduce stress and absenteeism

  • Build healthier, more engaged workplace cultures

  • Equip teams with practical tools that support long-term performance

Her approach is grounded, evidence-informed, and designed to fit into real lives and real workplaces.

Rather than quick fixes, her work focuses on building internal capacity, so people can think clearly, regulate stress, and perform at a high level without burning out.

Her sessions are accessible and immediately applicable, offering tools people can use straight away.

Social Impact

The third pillar of Lisa’s work is rooted in service and accessibility.

It’s about making breathwork, emotional education, and opportunities for healing accessible to those who would not normally have access.

This work bridges gaps, planting seeds of possibility in environments where these tools are very much needed, reminding every being of their inherent power to heal, grow, and transform.

This work is grounded in the knowing that everyone deserves access to practices that help them feel safe in their bodies, calm in their minds, and clear in their energy.
