How do I know which session or approach is right for me?

 

You don’t need to have it all figured out before reaching out.

Some people come looking for support with stress, emotional processing, nervous system regulation, sleep, burnout, physical symptoms, or life direction. Others simply know they want to feel different but are not sure where to begin.

Sessions are tailored to the individual, and together we identify the most supportive starting point based on your needs, goals, and current experience.

 

Do I need experience with yoga, meditation, or breathwork?

 

No prior experience is needed.

​

All practices are accessible to complete beginners as well as those with previous experience, and everything can be adapted to meet the needs of the individual.

The focus is on supporting greater awareness, regulation, wellbeing, and meaningful change in how you feel and function.

 

Are sessions available online or only in person?

 

All private sessions are available both online and in person in Ireland.

What is a breathwork journey?​

A breathwork journey uses conscious connected breathing to help release stress, stored tension, emotional blockages, and habitual patterns held in the body and nervous system.

These sessions can support emotional clarity, nervous system regulation, deeper self-awareness, and meaningful shifts in how you feel and function.

​

Each session is guided and adapted to the individual.

 

What kinds of issues do people typically seek support for?

 

People reach out for many different reasons, including stress, burnout, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, low mood, sleep issues, nervous system dysregulation, habitual patterns, life transitions, physical tension, fatigue, relationship challenges, and a desire for deeper clarity, healing, or personal growth.
